摘 要:用溶胶凝胶法制备掺铂量从0.2 wt%1.0 wt%的二氧化钛溶胶,在载玻片上以旋涂法制成薄膜,并经823 K保温2 h热处理,用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-vis等手段,对其组织结构和光学性能进行分析测试;通过紫外光下降解亚甲基蓝溶液测试薄膜样品的光催化活性。结果表明:该方法制得的二氧化钛全部为锐钛矿晶型,颗粒大小较均匀,平均粒径为2040 nm。掺铂量0.2 wt%时,二氧化钛的本征吸收边从350 nm红移至400 nm,紫外光照射6 h后,亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率是纯二氧化钛的1.6倍。Pt-doped titanium dioxide(TiO2) thin films were prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel method and spin coating process and their photo-catalytic mechanisms were discussed.The content of Pt in TiO2 powders and films varied from 0.2 wt% to 1.0 wt%.Film samples were heat-treated at 823 K for 2 h.Structure and phases of the Pt-doped TiO2 films and powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The photo-absorption of the all catalysts were tested by UV-vis spectrophotometer.Photo-catalytic activities of the films were evaluated by photo bleaching methylene blue(MB) solution under UV light irradiation.The experimental results indicate that the prepared films are anatase type.The average size of particles in the films is 20~40 nm.For 0.2 wt% Pt-doped catalyst,its absorption edge shifts towards longer wavelengths,which is from 350 nm to 400 nm.Methylene blue aqueous solution degradation rate is 1.6 times of that of the pure titanium dioxide under UV irradiation for 6 h.
