摘 要:以Ti粉和Al粉为原料,并添加不同含量CuO粉体进行掺杂,经真空热压烧结制得了TiAl基复合材料。结合热分析,X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜分析对该体系的反应合成过程及CuO添加量对产物微结构的影响进行研究。结果表明:Al熔化后分别对Ti、CuO颗粒润湿并发生反应,热压反应温度在800℃时,生成了Al3Ti中间产物。热压烧结温度达到1000℃时,合成了由TiAl,Al2O3,Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7三种物相组成的复合材料。其基体主要由TiAl和Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7两相组成,增强相Al2O3为Al-CuO置换反应生成,且其颗粒细小,主要分布在基体相周围。Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7、Al2O3相含量随原料中CuO添加量不同而呈规律性变化。Using Ti and Al powders doped with CuO powder as raw materials,Al2O3 partcle reinforced TiAl matrix composites were in-situ synthesized by vacuum hot-pressing.The reaction process and the effects of doping CuO on phases and microstructure of the composites were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the aluminium powders are melted at first in sintering,and then Ti and CuO particles are wetted with melted aluminium and reacted each other.Intermediate Al3Ti phase appears at 800 ℃.The final composites,which consists of TiAl,Al2O3 and Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7,are synthesized successfully by hot pressing at 1000 ℃.The matrix phase is composed of TiAl and Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7,and the reinforcement is Al2O3 generated by replacement reaction of Al and CuO.The fine Al2O3 particles are mainly distributed around the matrix.The phases of Al6.1Cu1.2Ti2.7 and Al2O3 are proportionally increased with the increase of CuO amount.
