摘　　要：文章在历史及现代文献调研的基础上,结合作者自身的实践,回顾了我国生物制药发展60年的光辉历程;总结了我国生物制药取得的巨大成就,对生物制药在融合蛋白、单抗、疫苗、抗菌肽、RNAi、细胞治疗和基因治疗领域的最新成果作了评述;并以美国生物技术药物的生产、研发为参照系,对照我国找出差距和发展的优势所在,为有关人员提供制订宏观规划、选择研究方向及科研选题时的参考。This paper provides an overview of the biopharmaceutical industry for 60 years in China, including a great achievement and features of development on chinese biopharmaceutical industry and comparison with bio-tech drug＇s production and research in USA. To analyze insufficient and dominant position of biopharmaceutical development in China, it provides a ready reference for making macro-control plan and selection of research programme in chinese biopharmaceutical science.
