摘　　要：针对工作面液压支架初撑力不足的问题,深入分析液压支架自动增压初撑系统的原理,开发了一种能够自动连续工作的全液压自动增压阀,兼有低压大流量升柱和高压小流量自动增压功能,能有效地保证液压支架初撑力的要求,从而提高液压支架系统的可靠性,为煤矿安全高效生产带来一定的便利条件。For the insufficient setting load of powered prop of powered supports, an automatic boost valve is designed by analyzing the principle of automatic boost setting load system for powered supports, which works continuously and automatically on raising legs with low pressure-high flow rate and boosting pressure with high pressure-low flow rate. The setting load of powered supports is attained and reliability is guaranteed by equipping the automatic boost setting load system with automatic boost valve.
