摘  要:利用ANSYS软件所提供的Workbench平台建立了Yx形橡胶密封结构模型,针对工程实际,考虑Yx形密封圈与密封面的缝隙逐渐过渡为接触,应用有限元技术分析了Yx形密封圈在不同工作压力下的应力和变形规律。结果表明:在油压作用下,Yx形密封圈应力较大区域在内唇密封部位和Y形开口处,变形较大区域发生在Y形开口靠近内唇处;随着工作压力的增加,密封圈内唇与密封面的缝隙逐渐变小直至接触,这种变化由密封部位沿轴向逐渐扩展。Rubber sealing Yx-ring section model is established using Workbench tool of ANSYS software. Aiming at the engineering application, and considering that the slit transforms to contact gradually of Yx-ring section seal and hydraulic cylinder, using nonlinear finite-element analysis method, the distortion, stress and their distribution of Yx-ring section rubber seal in various pressures were calculated. The results show that the stress concentration is in the lip seal place and Yx-ring jaw opening, and large deformation concentration is in opening to approach the lip seal place. With the increase of oil pressure, the slit of inner lip and hydraulic cylinder is transformed into contact gradually, and the change along axial is expanded gradually by the seal place.
