摘　　要：连续采煤机装运机构担负着落煤的装载和运输任务,其核心装运齿轮箱使用工矿恶劣,空间布局狭小,可靠性要求高。通过分析、消化进口同类产品的结构,调研国内材料、热处理和制造水平,经过科学合理的设计,成功研制出体积小、可靠性高的装运齿轮箱。The organ of loading and conveyance of continuous miner is used to loa（lmg anu conveying coal which has been mined, the important part is a gear box of loading and conveyance. The working condition is bad, the lying space is narrowness ,the credibility needs high standard. Through analyzing and researching the structure of the same kind imported product ,investigating the level of material, heat treatment and manufacturing of our country, designing of scientific and reasonable, succeed to researching and manufacturing the gear box of loading and conveyance which owning small volume and high credibility.
