毒蕈中毒19例临床分析及护理

摘　　要：目的:评价血液净化治疗在毒蕈中毒抢救中的效果。方法:分析19例毒蕈中毒的临床表现、实验室检查、治疗时机及血液净化治疗及护理干预对预后的影响。结果:经过综合治疗加血液净化治疗,8例治愈,4例死亡,死亡原因多器官功能衰竭。结论:早期采用联合CVVH+HP不失为一种有效的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of blood purification therapy in the treatment of mushroom poisoning. Methotis ：To analyse the clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,treatment opportunity and effect of blood purification therapy on prognosis in 19 cases of mushroom poisoning. Results：After combined therapy and blood purification,8 patients were cured and 4 eases died of multiple organ failure.Conclusion： There is no specific treatment to mushroom poisoning. Early joint CVVH＋HP is an effective treatment.
