摘  要:在综述磁力泵发展现状及特点和磁力传动技术中磁体排列方式发展历史的基础上,分析了影响磁力泵转矩的2个关键因素,永磁材料和磁体的排列方式。对前3代永磁材料的磁性能与温度特性进行了对比,并展望了第4代SmFeN稀土永磁材料的应用前景。通过对聚磁技术的介绍,分析了Halbach阵列应用于磁力泵的可行性,并指出Hal-bach阵列应用于磁力泵的优势,对磁力泵的小型化及超大转矩磁力泵有着广阔的应用前景。Based on the review of current situation and characters of the magnetic drive pumps and the magnets array in the magnetic transmission, there are two main influences (the permanent magnet materials and the magnets array) which are analyzed. The mag netic and temperature performance of the three generations permanent magnet materials are compared, and the application prospect of the 4th generation rare permanent magnet material which is known as SmFeN is described. By introducing concentrated flux technology, the probability of Halbaeh array that can be used in magnetic drive pumps is analyzed, and the advantage of this array is pointed out. It has a wide application prospect for the study of the miniaturization and the super torque of the magnetic drive pumps.
