摘　　要：依据汶川地震应急保障的经验和存在的问题,分析了灾备网络中心建设的必要性和可行性,并对灾备网络中心建设方案提出了建议,可为电信运营商建设灾备网络中心提供参考。Based on the experience and the questions on the emergency guarantee of Wenchuan earthquake, it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the disaster recovery network center, discusses the construction plans of disaster recovery network center, to provide reference for telecom operators.
