摘　　要：在三维造型软件的辅助下,将面向拆卸的设计(DesignforDisassembly,DFD)方法引入产品的设计过程中,建立产品的结构层次模型,实现装配与拆卸的关系转换,改进零部件结构,仿真拆卸过程。同时设计了面向再制造的产品工程管理系统,并将其应用于典型机电产品的再制造过程中。The design for disassembly （DFD） was introduced into the products design course. The jobs were completed by using of threedimensional modeling softwares, such as building product stucture level models, converting assembly sequence diagram to disassembly diagram, improving design parts of products, and simulating process of products disassembly. An engingeering management system was developed, which would be used in remanufacturing mechanical and electrical products.
