摘　　要：目的:通过调查DYS413基因座在张家口汉族人群中的分布情况,为其应用于法医学研究提供依据。方法:采集150例张家口男性无关个体静脉血,酚-氯仿法抽提DNA,PCR扩增,非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,硝酸银染色分型。结果:在150例张家口汉族男性无关个体中共检出26种不同的单倍性,其HD值为0.917 14。结论:DYS413基因座在张家口汉族人群中分布好,对法医学研究有重要的价值。Objective：To provide the evidence for the application of DYS413（YCA Ⅲ）locus in forensic medicine by investigating the Han population living in Zhangjiakou, china. Methods： 150 unrelated male Hans＇ venous blood samples were collected, who lived in Zhangjiakou,then DNA was extracted by the method of phenol-chloroform and the DYS413 locus was amplified with PCR. In the end,it was separated with non-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and stained with AgNO3. Results： There were total 26 different haplotypes in 150 unrelated male Han population living in Zhangjiakou,and HD was 0. 917 14. Conclusion：It shows that the distribution of DYS413 locus is valuable for the application of forensic medicine.
