摘　　要：目的快速、准确检测血液乙醇含量。方法采用气相色谱法(样品不经前处理,直接进样)检测血液乙醇含量。结果乙醇线性范围0～188.7mg/100mL内相关系数r=0.9998,变异系数为小于3%,回收率97.9%～102.4%。结论气相色谱法操作简单、灵敏度高、用样量少、精密度、回收率、重现性均得到满意的结果。Objective For detecting the ethanol content in blood accurately and guickly. Methods Gas chromatography（simples without pre-treatment and injecting directly）. Results When linearity range of ethanol is between 0-188.73mg/100ml,the P, is 0. 9998,the coefficient of variation （CV） is less than 3% and the ratio of recycling is between 97. 9-102.4%. Conclusion The method is simple to be operated,and of high sensitivity and few samples can be done. It also can obtain the precisd,results and it is also of recycling and reproducibility.
