摘 要:研究了峡江水利枢纽工程依据坝前水位进行调度和依据坝前水位结合上游来水流量指示调度的两种洪水调度运行方式。经分析比较,选用后者作为本工程的洪水调度运行方式。峡江水库采用的调度运行原则为:小水下闸蓄水兴利调节径流,中水分级降低水位运行减少库区淹没,大水控制泄量为下游防洪,特大洪水开闸敞泄洪水以保闸坝运行安全。此调度运行方式较好地协调了峡江坝址上下游防洪之间的矛盾,保护了大量肥沃的土地资源,减少了库区淹没损失,为工程前期工作的顺利开展奠定了良好基础。We present 2 flood regulation and operation modes of Xiajiang Hydro-junction,namely,regulation and operation according to water level at the dam site and,with consideration of water level at the dam site and inflow from upstream.Through analysis and comparison,the latter is adopted as the flood regulation and operation mode for Xiajiang Hydro-junction.The regulation and operation principles of Xiajiang Hydro-junction are: for small flood,closing the gate to store water for realizing benefits and runoff regulation;for middle flood,lowering water level step by step for reducing inundation loss of reservoir area;for large flood,controlling releasing discharge for flood control of downstream;for extra-large flood,releasing flood freely for the dam safety.The adopted flood regulation and operation mode can be applied to well solve the flood control contradiction between upstream and downstream of the dam site,protect large amount of fertile farmland,reduce inundation loss in the reservoir area,and lay down a solid foundation for the project construction.
