草酸依地普伦片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:评价草酸依地普伦片治疗抑郁症的有效性及安全性。方法:本研究采用随机、双盲、阳性药物平行对照、多中心临床试验。对符合抑郁症诊断标准的48例抑郁症患者进行草酸依地普伦片和氢溴酸西酞普兰片的对照研究,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)总评分、临床有效率和临床痊愈率表评定临床疗效,以不良反应发生率表评定安全性。结果:经6周治疗后,草酸依地普伦组与氢溴酸西酞普兰组HAMD总评分、临床有效率及临床痊愈率评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组药物不良反应的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05),常见的不良反应有恶心、失眠等。结论:草酸依地普伦片用于治疗抑郁症安全有效,适合临床应用。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness treating depression. Methods： randomized, double blind and and safety of Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets in The muhicenter clinical trial on Escitalopram parallel-controlled with citalopram hydrobromide Oxalate Tablets was tablets. Forty -eight patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of depression joined the clinical study. Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） and clinical curative rate was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy. The incidence of adverse drug reaction （ADR） was used to evaluate the safety. Results： After 6 weeks of treatments, the data of HAMD, curative rate and adverse reactions showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Nausea and insomnia were the common adverse reactions. Conclusion： Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets are effective and safe during the treatment of depression.
