摘  要:以新铁炮百合鳞片为外植体,进行组织培养的再生研究。结果表明:新铁炮百合中层鳞片基部诱导能力最强,其次是鳞片中段部分,内层鳞片分化能力差;鳞片切块内表面向上平放于培养基的接种方式最佳;诱导百合鳞片分化形成小鳞茎及组培苗的最佳培养基配方为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 2.0 mg/L,诱导率高达161.7%。Using the scales as the explants, the regeneration of tissue culture of Lilium × longiflorum was studied. The results showed that the base of meddler had the highest frequency, the middle part of meddler had higher frequency and the inner of scales had lower frequency of the bud-inducing. The inner surface of scale cuts up flatting on the medium was the best inoculation method. According to the test of bud inducing, MS plus BA 2.0 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L was the best medium on which frequency of the bud-inducing reached as high as 161.7%.
