摘　　要：从ISO11620"信息与文献——图书馆绩效指标"产生的过程、目的及其在图书馆质量管理上的意义来论述传统图书馆绩效评估的方法和工具,以ISO11620为蓝本构建高职高专图书馆流通服务绩效指标,并以广州航海高等专科学校图书馆为例对构建的指标进行测评。From the process, purpose of the international organization for sandardization 11620 ＂information and literature- library performance index＂ and its meaning to libraries quality management, we discuss traditional library performance evaluations＇ methods and instruments. And with ISO11620 being the blueprint, the paper establishes the circulating service performance index and evaluates it with the example of Guang zhou Maritime College library.
