摘　　要：较之一般刑事犯罪,有组织犯罪具有更为严重的社会危害性,更容易产生恶劣的社会危害后果,因此各国都将其作为犯罪惩治与防范的重点。法兰西刑事立法在有组织犯罪刑事责任追究制度上具有一定特点,立法上对该类犯罪的基本状况与特别类型都作出了明确规定,了解与研究这些内容对我国有组织犯罪刑事立法的制定与完善具有重要的启示意义。Compared with ordinary criminal offenses, many countries organized crime, with more emphasis on the social harm, more prone to serious social harmful consequences, so many countries take it as a crime punishment and prevention focus. French contemporary criminal legislation in organized crime, criminal liability has certain characteristics of the system, legislation on the main form of crime, the main identity and deserved the penalty and other issues have been clarified. Through the study and understanding of these elements can be helpful for the China organized crime, criminal legislation revising and formulating an important revelation.
