新兵人群Y群流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平回顾性血清流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的了解入伍新兵人群中Y群流脑IgG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防提供科学依据。方法采用血清流行病学调查方法,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术,对北京军区近4年来自7个省市的360名入伍新兵血清进行了Y群流脑IgG抗体检测,统计分析其阳性率。结果发现各年间入伍新兵血清Y群流脑IgG抗体历年间无显著变化,为28.57%～60.78%,平均43.61%;抗体含量,为0.000～98.622μg/ml,平均4.590μg/ml;地区间差别显著,内蒙古(60.78%)、陕西省(55.00%)和湖北省(48.33%)较高,山东省(28.57%)和北京市(33.33%)较低;入伍前工作与否,抗体阳性检出率无显著性差别;其差别的主要原因可能与各地区隐性感染和时间长短有关。结论入伍新兵人群中Y群流脑IgG抗体阳性率为28.57%～60.78%,抗体平均含量,为4.590μg/ml,并有显著性地区差异;所以,在新兵入伍期间,采取预防接种、健康教育等有效预防措施。Objective This study was conducted to investigate the distribution of serogroup Y epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody IgG in recruits,provide scientific evidence for further prevention and control of the disease.Methods A seroepidemiological study was conducted by using Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay （ELISA）.Serum samples of 360 recruits （from 7 provinces during the past four years） were tested to detect sero-group Y epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody IgG,and the overall positive rate was analysed statistically.Results There was no significant difference in serum sero-group Y epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody IgG levels,as compared yearly,which ranged from 28.57% to 60.78% with an average rate of 43.61%;the content of antibody ranged from 0.000μg/ml to 98.622μg/ml with an average content of 4.590μg/ml;regional difference existed.the higher level was found in recruits from Neimenggu（60.78%）、Shanxi（55.00%）and Hubei （48..33%）,and the lower level,from Shandong（28.57%） and Beijing （33.33%）.There was no significant correlation between the antibody IgG positive rate and education or occupation background of the recruits before their recruitment.The main cause for this difference might be related to the rate and time of hidden infection in different regions.Conclusions The positive rate of sero-group Y epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis antibody IgG ranged from 28.57% to 60.78%,the content of antibody ranged from 0.000μg/ml to 98.622μg/ml,with an average content of 4.590μg/ml;The positive rate for antibody IgG varied significantly between provinces.Vaccination and education were quite necessary for the recruits to prevent the outbreak of sero-group Y epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.
