摘　　要：目的了解阴道炎的患病现况与相关影响因素,探讨其有效干预措施。方法整群抽取某部队医院134名已确诊的阴道炎患者,以同一医院进行妇科体检的298名妇女为对照组,并分别进行现场调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果在被调查的865名某医院妇科患者中,阴道炎患者134名,占15.49%;经多因素的Logistic回归分析,阴道清洁次数、避孕方式、性卫生习惯、配偶卫生习惯是影响阴道炎发生的主要影响因素,其标准回归系数分别为0.704(P=0.048)、-0.615(P=0.0445)、-0.465(P=-1.7993E-18)和-0.468(P=4.2676E-13),其中避孕方式对阴道炎是否发生的影响相对最大。结论健康、科学的个人卫生行为和性行为是防治阴道炎发生的重要因素,同时重视男性在预防女性生殖道感染中的作用。Objective To understand the current state of vaginitis,investigate and analyze the factors related to vaginitis,so as to promote the concern about vaginitis in people.Methods A cluster sampling method was carried out,134 patients diagnosed with vaginitis were collected in the case group,in the same hospital,298 women for gynecological examination,were in the control group,on-site investigation was conducted,and statistical analysis was performed.Results The survey in 865 gynecological patients,134 patients with vaginitis were found,accounting for 15.49%;by multiple Logistic regression analysis,vaginal cleansing frequency,contraception,sexual health habits,health habits of their spouse were important factors causing inflammation,the standard regression coefficients were 0.704 （P=0.048）,-0.615 （P=0.0445）,-0.465 （P=-1.7993E-18） and-0.468 （P=4.2676E-13）.Among the above factors,contraceptive was the most important impact on vaginitis.Conclusions Health,personal hygiene behavior,sexual behavior,are the important factors to prevent the occurrence of vaginitis.The health service of reproductive tract infections should be promoted,and health education should be popularized,so as to prevent the infection of reproductive system,mean while special attention should be paid to the role of male in the prevention of reproductive tract infections in female.
