浅低温不停跳心内直视手术的体外循环管理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨浅低温不停跳下心内直视手术的体外循环管理。方法回顾性分析我院78例不停跳心内直视手术的体外循环资料,观察患者的一般情况,体外循环时间,转机中血压、尿量、血气分析、停机时患者的心率、心律、血压、术后并发症等。结果78例患者均平稳完成体外循环,术后无严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论浅低温不停跳心内直视手术安全可靠,心肌保护良好,可有效减轻低温和缺血再灌注对心肺等脏器的损伤,术后并发症少,患者恢复快。Objective To explore the cardiopulmonary bypass management in open heart surgery under beating heart and mild hypothermia.Methods Data of 78 cases by cardiopulmonary bypass surgery under beating heart in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were observed in general state of health,cardiopulmonary bypass time,turning point blood pressure,urine output,blood gas analysis as well as the heart rate,cardiac rhythm,blood pressure and post-operative complications in downtime.Results Seventy-eight cases of patients completed cardiopulmonary bypass stably and discharged without any serious postoperative complication.Conclusions Cardiopulmonary bypass under mild hypothermia and beating heart was safe and reliable,with good myocardial protection,fewer complications and rapid recovery,which can effectively reduce the damage on heart,lung and other organs caused by low temperature and ischemia-reperfusion.
