人文关怀护理对冠心病支架植入术病人心理状态的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察人文关怀护理对冠心病支架植入术(PCI)病人焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪的影响。[方法]94例拟行PCI冠心病病人,随机分为干预组(47例)和对照组(47例),对照组采用随机健康教育,按PCI术前、术后护理常规进行。干预组采用人文关怀护理干预措施。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估病人PCI术前及术后的焦虑及抑郁状态。[结果]干预组PCI术前及术后的HAMA分值及HAMD分值比对照组降低(P<0.05)。[结论]在PCI术前及术后给予人文关怀护理可减轻PCI病人术前及术后焦虑、抑郁负性情绪。Objective：To observe the influence of humanity concerned nursing on the anxiety and depression of coronary heart disease patients undergoing stent implantation.Methods：A total of 94 patients with coronary artery disease prepared for stent implantation（those who accepted emergency coronary artery stent implantation were not included） were divided into intervention and control group randomly（47 cases in each group）.Patients of control group were performed random health education based on preoperative care and postoperative care as in routine.Patients of intervention group accepted nursing interventional measures.Preoperative and postoperative anxiety and depression of patients were evaluated by adopting Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）.Results：The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the intervention group patients were less than that in control group respectively before and after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The preoperative and postoperative humanity concerned ...更多nursing care can reduce the negative emotion such as anxiety and depression of coronary heart disease patients undergoing stent implantation.
