改良肠道减压用具在肠梗阻手术中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨改良肠道减压用具在肠梗阻手术中的应用效果。[方法]在肠梗阻手术中采用改良的用具进行肠减压41例,即肠管切开后连接由灭菌的麻醉机螺纹管与垃圾袋形成的密闭装置,进行肠道引流,必要时辅助输液器滴注灌洗液。[结果]肠道减压效果明显,无切口感染、吻合口瘘等手术并发症。[结论]改良后的减压用具可以改善减压效果,减少术中污染和肠黏膜的损伤,从而提高肠梗阻的手术疗效。Objective：To probe into the effect of modified intestinal decompression appliances applied for patients accepting bowel obstruction operation.Methods：Since 2008,totally 41 cases underwent gastrointestinal decompression by using the modified intestinal decompression appliances during bowel obstruction operation,that was connecting the incised intestine with the enclosed device formed by a sterilized anesthesia machine tube and garbage bag for intestine drainage.If necessary,irrigating solution was dripped by using infuse set additionally for patients.Results：After using the modified appliances,all 41 cases got effective decompression without surgical complications such as postoperative infection or anastomotic stoma fistula.Conclusion：Modified intestinal decompression appliances can improve the effects of bowel decompression,reduce contamination and damage of intestinal mucosa,and thereby enhance the curative effect of patients accepting bowel obstruction operation.
