摘  要:目的:利用化学与药理学相结合的方法,以药效学为指标,对猫爪草的免疫活性部位进行系统筛选。方法:以香菇多糖片作为阳性对照,对猫爪草的猫爪草多糖、石油醚提取部位、乙酸乙酯提取部位、乙醇提取部位的提取物采用正常小鼠,通过观察对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响、溶血素和溶血空斑形成的影响确定猫爪草的免疫活性部位,进行药理学筛选。结果:猫爪草多糖可使吞噬百分率、吞噬指数显著升高,可显著促进溶血素的形成。结论:猫爪草多糖为猫爪草的主要免疫活性部位。Objective: To determine the effects of the different parts of active constituent of Radix Ranuneuli Ternati on immune function of experimental animal. Methods: Use the lentinan tablets and the blank control to select active constituent from Radix Ranunculi Ternati Polysaeeharide(RRTP) and the materials extracted by light petroleum, ethyl acetate, ethanol by the way of pharmacology. After intragastric administration, the effects of polysaceharide and active constituent of Radix Ranuneuli Ternati on phagoeytosis of peritoneal macrophage, formation of hemolysin were observed and compared. Results: RRTP can heighten the percent and the index of phagocytosis, enhancement the formation of the hemolysin obviously. Conclusion: The RRTP is the main active part of Radix Ranunculi Ternati to stimulate the immunologic function of mouse.
