摘　　要：疳积之证为儿科四大证之一。祖国医学依据小儿特殊体质、脏腑不同特性,提出须以运脾之法调治疳积之证。Malnutritional stagnation is one of four syndrome in Pediatrics. Chinese medicine in children based on a special physical fitness, the different characteristics of internal organs, pointed out the need to transport the spleen of France Treating Malnutrition plot of the card.
