人工髋关节置换配合针灸透刺治疗老年偏瘫侧股骨颈骨折

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年偏瘫患者股骨颈骨折的有效治疗方法。方法：1999年7月—2006年3月,采用人工髋关节置换配合针灸透刺方法治疗老年偏瘫侧股骨颈骨折患者18例,其中高龄和合并内科疾病较多的患者以双极股骨头置换,其它患者均采用人工全髋关节置换。结果：18例患者中有1例于术后1年内死亡,1例失访,其余16例获得平均32个月（6～75个月）随访,4例因脑血管疾病复发偏瘫侧肢体功能完全或部分丧失外,12例患者患肢功能可基本恢复到伤前状态,髋关节功能良好,无疼痛,假体无松动影像。结论：人工髋关节置换配合针灸透刺治疗老年偏瘫合并股骨颈骨折,可以使患者及早离床活动,减少卧床并发症,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective： Emiplegia of elderly patients with fractures of the femoral neck effective treatment. Conclusion： hip replacement with acupuncture penetration acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia merger of the femoral neck fractures, can make patients from bed early activities and reduce complications of bed rest, is an effective treatment.
