滋阴泻火中药对环境内分泌干扰物染毒大鼠拟雌激素活性的拮抗作用

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴泻火中药对环境内分泌干扰物辛基酚(OP)和双酚A(BPA)的拟雌激素活性的拮抗作用。方法:30只21天SD雌性大鼠分为3组:对照组(玉米油)、染毒组(OP 100mg/kg+BPA 100mg/kg)、治疗组(喂饲OP100mg/kg+BPA 100mg/kg+中药40mL/kg),每天灌胃1次,连续14天后检测子宫增重和子宫内膜ER的表达。结果:染毒组与对照组相比,子宫湿重、脏器系数、子宫内膜上皮细胞高度及平滑肌厚度、子宫内膜腺上皮高度,腺体数目及内膜ER蛋白表达均明显增高(P<0.05),治疗组与染毒组相比,治疗后上述指标显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:辛基酚和双酚A具有拟雌激素活性,滋阴泻火中药对辛基酚(OP)和双酚A(BPA)的拟雌激素活性的具有拮抗作用。Objective： To study on the effects of Chinese Herbs for Nourishing Yin and Removing Fire on the Estrogenic effects of Environmental Endocrine Disruptors. Method： 30 immature female SD rats（21days）were divided into three groups： control group（corn oil）, exposure group（OP 100mg/kg＋BPA 100mg/kg）, and treatment group（OP 100mg/kg＋BPA 100mg/kg＋Chinese herbs 40mL/kg）.After 14 days, the uterine weight, uterine organ coefficent, the height of endometrial epithelium, myometrium thickness, endometrial glands and ER protein were detected. Results： Uterine weight, uterine organ coefficent, the height of endometrial epithelium, myometrium thickness, endometrial glands and ER protein were significantly increased in exposure groups compared with control group. These indictors were significantly reduced in treatment group. Conclusion： Opened BPA has estrogenic effect and Chinese Herbs for Nourishing Yin and Removing Yang canbe antagonistic to the estrogenic effect of environmental endocrine disruptors.
