摘  要:中药热熨疗法是中医传统外治法的重要组成部分。运用中药热熨疗法治疗软组织损伤疾病临床进展提示:中药热熨疗法融合了温热之力与药物功效双重作用,使药力直达病所;熨药通过透皮吸收,不仅迅速提高局部病灶的血药浓度,还可由循环、辐射等途径进入机体,改善体内环境;熨药组方中常用的红花、当归、丹参、川芎等活血化瘀中药,能改善骨性关节炎患者存在的高凝血症与前血栓状态等血液循环变化、降低血黏度、降低骨内压、促进炎症吸收与组织修复,以及抗氧化和抑制自由基产生的作用。中药热熨疗法在软组织损伤疾病临床治疗中具有明显疗效。文章对近10年来运用中药热熨疗法治疗软组织损伤疾病的药用组方、方法等进行综述,供临床、科研工作者参考。Ironning therapy is an important componen of TCM external treatment. The use of ironning therapy has significant effect in treating soft tissue injury: lronning therapy of TCM combines the power of warm dual role with the drug's efficacy, so that the drug directly to patients; The medieine-ironnong therapy needs to be absorbed by skin so that it not only increase in localized lesions in human plasma concentration, but also by the cycle, radiation to enter the body aed improve the environments in the human body; the chinese medicine of circulate blood and dissipate stasis such as Hong Hua(Flos eartharn), Dang Gui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Dan Shen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Chuan Xiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong) can improve osteoarthritis patients had high-blood clotting disorder and pre-thrombotic stata and other changes in the blood circulation, reduce blood viscosity, reduce intraosseous pressure, promote inflammation absorption and tissue repair, as well as anti-oxidation and inhibit the role of free radicals. Lronning therapy of TCM has significant effect in treating soft tissue injury in the clinical treatmen of diseases. This paper is about an overview of using ironning therapy over the past decade to treat soft tissue injury disease, medicinal group of parties,and methods are reviewed for clinical, research workers.
