摘　　要：介绍一种新颖光电数字振动检测系统及其特点,具体就振动检测系统的先学扫描系统、光栅探测器的工作原理和参数设计、检测系统的电路设计等方面作了详细阐述.A novel photoelectric digital vibration detecting system and its features are introduced. The optical scanning system of the vibration detecting system, the operational principle and parameter design of the grating detector and the design of the electronic circuit of the detecting system are described concretely.
