摘　　要：本文以汽车变速箱为研究对象 ,提出了考虑齿轮装置热系统的全工况下斜齿轮轮齿热态特性的计算分析方法。将齿轮装置热网络分析结果作为斜齿轮轮齿传热有限元模型的边界条件 ,运用三维有限元法计算方法 ,分析了斜齿的本体温度场、热应力、热变形 ,得出了有实际意义的结论。A catculating and anatytiical method of thermat behaviors of helical gear under total operating mode is presented considering the thermal system of gear transmission with taking cutomobile gearbox as research object. Bulk temperature, thermal stress and thermal deformation of tooth are calculated and analysed by 3 D FME with boundary conditions defined by the results derived from network analysis of gearbox. Some practical conclusions are also presented here.
