脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤疗效的相关因素。方法应用脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗680例颌面部草莓状血管瘤,分析疗效与患者年龄、瘤体大小和瘤体病变部位的关系。结果脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤,其疗效与患者年龄、瘤体性质和瘤体部位有相关性:患者年龄越小、瘤体越小疗效越好;近眼、耳、口、鼻部位的瘤体疗效显著低于颌面部的瘤体。结论脉冲染料激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤的疗效与多种因素相关,治疗越早疗效越好。Objective To study the effect of two kinds of laser on cheek strawberry hemangioma.Methods Totally 680 cases with cheek strawberry hemangioma were treated by 585nm SPTL laser and 1064nm YAG laser,and the relationship between effect and correlated factors was analyzed.ResultsThe effect was related with the age of patients,character and location of hemangioma.It was found that the therapeutic effect was worse in the patient with older age and the lesions near the lips,the eyes and the mouth or the nose.ConclusionsCombined two kinds of laser to treat the strawberry hemangioma is effective and safe,especially for younger patients.
