摘  要:目的:测定颅脑损伤患者伤后不同时间血清中表皮生长因子(epiderml growth factor,EGF)浓度和超氧化物岐化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力的变化,探讨其在颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡时的作用及随损伤时间变化的规律,为临床治疗颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡的新途径提供理论依据。方法:测定42例颅脑损伤患者伤后即刻、3d、7d、14d血清中EGF浓度,SOD的活力。结果:颅脑损伤后并发应激性溃疡时EGF、SOD浓度显著低于非应激性溃疡组。结论:EGF浓度、SOD活力与颅脑损伤后并发应激性溃疡密切相关,可能EGF、SOD在维持胃黏膜屏障的完整性、促进损伤胃黏膜的修复等方面具有重要作用。Objective:To study the changes of serum levels of EGF, SOD and elucidate their the roles of in head injury combined with secondary stress ulcer. Methods: Forty-two cases with acute head injury were enrolled, serum levels of EGF, SOD were determined at different time points. Results: The serum levels of EGF and SOD in head injury group combined with sec- ondary stress ulcer were significantly lower than those of none-stress ulcer group. Conclusions: The results indicate a close rela- tionship between serum levels of EGF, SOD and head injury combined with secondary stress ulcer. They might play a role in remaining the integrity of mucous harrier of stomach and benefiting the repair process of stomach mucosa.
