摘　　要：目的:研究雌激素受体β在子宫内膜以及子宫内膜异位灶中的表达。方法:用反转录聚合酶链式扩增以及免疫组化法测定在位及异位子宫内膜组织中雌激素受体βmRNA以及蛋白的表达。结果:在位及异位子宫内膜都探测到雌激素受体βmRNA,而在位及异位内膜用免疫组化法均未探测到雌激素受体β蛋白。结论:在位及异位子宫内膜组织不表达雌激素受体β蛋白。Objective：To investigate the distribution of estrogen receptorβ （ER-β in the human endometrium and endometriosis lesions. Methods; Both eutopic and ectopic endometrium was examined for the mRNA and protein expression of ER-β with RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results： ERβ mRNA was present in both eutopic and eetopic endometrium; However, protein expression was absent in both stroma and epithelium. Conclusion： These results suggest that the ER-β protein is not ex- pressed in the human endometrium.
