倒膜联用维胺脂胶囊与盐酸美他环素治疗中、重度痤疮疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:评价倒膜联合维胺脂胶囊与盐酸美他环素治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效。方法:126例面部中、重度痤疮患者随机分为两组。对照组61例,口服维胺脂胶囊25mg,每日3次;盐酸美他环素片200mg,每日2次,外用复方氯霉素酊早1次,姜黄消痤搽剂晚1次。研究组65例,口服及外用药物治疗与对照组相同,在此基础上联用倒膜每周2次。两组患者疗程均为6周。结果:研究组治愈率和总有效率分别为58.46%和81.54%,均明显优于对照组(治愈率36.07%;总有效率63.93%),P<0.05。两组均无明显不良反应。研究组复发率(9.23%)明显低于对照组(22.95%),P<0.05。结论:倒膜联用维胺脂胶囊与盐酸美他环素治疗中、重度痤疮疗效好、安全性高、复发率低。Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of pourmast combined with viaminate capsule and metacycline hydrochloride in treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods： The data of 126 moderate and severe ache patients were randomized into the study group or the control group. The 61 patients in the control group took viaminate capsule 25rag 3 times and metacycline hydrochloride tablet 200rag 2 times orally every day. Compound chloramphenicol tincture and Jianghuangxiaozuo linimentum were used once externally every day. The same dose of oral and external medicines were used in the 65 patients in the study group, and besides those, pourmast twice a week was taken. The treat duration was 6 weeks. Results： The clinical cure rate and the total effective rate were 58.46% and 81. 54% respectively in the study group, which were significantly higher than those of the control group（36. 07% and 63. 93%, respectively）. No significant side effects was observed in the both groups. The recurrence rate was much lower in the treatment group than that of the control group（9.230% vs. 22.95% ）. Conclusions： Pourmast combined with viaminate capsule and metacycline hydrochloride can treat moderate and severe acne patients effectively, safely and has lower recurrence.
