摘　　要：文章对中国卫生费用核算研究30年来的发展进行了系统整理,介绍了中国卫生费用核算制度化建设的基本过程,展现了中国卫生费用核算研究在每一个历史阶段都与国际最新研究进展紧密联系,并结合本国卫生政策分析需要,逐步建立适合中国国情的核算体系。文章提出了中国卫生费用核算在未来需要进一步拓展的领域,卫生费用核算已成为我国卫生政策制定和评估的必要工具,正在发挥其政策咨询作用。The development of national health accounts of China in recent 30 years was introduced systematically in the paper. Through describing the basic building process of China national health accounts, it will be showed that China NHA research has been closely contacted with the latest international research in each period of history. China NHA system according to the health policy needs will be built gratually. This paper also proposes the dimension and sub-accounts of China NHA need to expand in the future. NHA has become the necessary tool for the China health policy formulation and evaluation, and is playing an important role in policy consultation;
