昆明市不同厂矿企业职业人群健康促进需求比较分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆明市厂矿企业职工健康促进的需求状况,以增强职工的职业健康意识、促进职工的健康及提高职业卫生服务的质量及降低职业病的发病率.方法采用自制的职业人群职业卫生需求状况调查表对昆明市22个厂矿企业的627名职工进行健康促进的需求调查.结果职工对《职业病防治法》及应急的自救互救措施的需求率最高,分别为74.8%、74.6%.不同性质企业职工对健康教育内容的需求率有所不同(P<0.05);66.0%的职工选择通过职业卫生知识培训的方式获得职业健康知识.结论昆明市厂矿企业职工的职业卫生知识知晓率低,但职工的健康促进的需求高;部分企业职工的健康促进的需求长期得不到企业领导的重视,因此应加强我市厂矿企业职工职业健康教育与健康促进,政府应加大监管力度.Objective To assess the demands of occupational health promotion of working population in Kunming city to enhance workers＇occupational health consciousness, promote workers＇health, improve the quality of occupational health of service and reduce incidence of occupational disease. Methods A self-made questionnaire survey of demands for occupational health promotion in 22 enterprises with 627 employees in Kunming city was conducted. Results The rates of demands of employees for their take first-aid measures and The People＇ s Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevents and Conformism Law were high （74.8%, 74.6% ; respectively） , and there were significant differences for demands of the health education among employees in different enterprises （P 〈 0.05） ; 66.0% of the employees gained the knowledge of occtlpational health through the way of occupational health knowledge training. Coriclusioa The awareness rate of the employees in enterprises is low, but their spirit of learning is high. Employers don＇t pay great attention to the employees＇ demand of occupational health in some enterprises over a long time. So the occupational health education and health promotion of the employees in enterprises should be enhanced. The supervision and inspection need be strengthened by our government.
