云南部分农村居民对健康相关问题关注度的现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解农村居民对健康相关问题的关注程度及其影响因素,为电子健康服务的推进提供有力依据,更好地促进农村基层的卫生服务利用.方法采用非随机方便抽样的方法,运用自编的结构式问卷和个人深入访谈调查988名农村居民,所得资料采用Epidata3.0录入.结果农村居民关注的与健康有关的5大问题依次为不清楚医院收费(74.6%)、看不清医嘱或处方(66.7%)、重复检查(65.0%)、看病带不齐病历资料(62.9%)、外出务工者常担心老人的健康(55.4%);年龄越大的村民,越有倾向表示不清楚医院收费.结论重点解决农村居民所关注的健康相关问题,降低影响服务利用的不利因素,才能更好地促进农村居民的健康.Objective Objective To understand rural residents＇concerns about health related issues and their related factors in order to provide evidence for eheahh services and further promote rural health services. Methods With a non-random sampling, 988 rural people were surveyed by a constructive questionnaire and in- depth interviews. Data were recorded in Epidata 3.0. Results The five health related issues that rural people are concerned about are as follows： 74.6% of them don＇t know details on fees for health services, 66.7% think that doctor＇s perscription is not easy to understand, 65.0% claim they are concerned about repeated tests, 62.9% think that they often forget to bring all medical records with them to see a doctor, 55.4% think migrant workers from the countryside are often concerned about the health of their old family members. The older the age group the more likely they are concerned about details on fees for health services. Conclusion To improve health condition of rural people, some related issues that rural people are concerned about should be solved as soon as possible and the adverse factors should be reduced
