硬膜外持续给药镇痛方法在无痛分娩中的应用

摘　　要：目的对应用于产科麻醉的改良后硬膜外持续给药镇痛方法的效果进行评价.方法96例患者分为观察1组、观察2组、观察3组(硬膜外持续给药镇痛,n=24)和对照组(传统硬膜外麻醉,n=24)共4组,采用问卷法,让患者根据实际情况和主观感受自我评定,以不记名方式在20min内独立完成,并当场回收,并对2组患者研究结果进行比较.结果改良后硬膜外持续给药镇痛的方法效果明显好于对照组,各观察组之间效果无统计学意义.结论改良后硬膜外持续给药镇痛的方法有明显效果,值得在临床推广.Objective To evaluate the effect of improved continuous epidural anesthesia in obstetric anesthesia. Methods 96 cases were divided into observer group 1, 2, 3 （Improved on continuous epidural anesthesia,, n =24） and control group （Epidural analgesia, n =24） , each group of 24 cases, the use of questionnaires, so that patients based on the actual situation and the subjective feelings of self-assessment, not by secret ballot within 20 min in complete independence, and was recovered and the findings of the two groups were compared. Result Improved continuous epidural anesthesia was better than the control group.Conclusions Improved continuous epidural anesthesia has obvious effects was deserve to be popularize in clinic.
