摘　　要：案例教学选取的卫生管理案例应具备拟真性、典型性、问题性、适度性与熟悉性;教师是学生学习卫生管理的发言人、导演、教练与顾问;课后要对学生在卫生管理案例讨论中展现的心智、技能与态度进行评分;案例教学适用于复杂知识的教学与培养学生卫生管理能力的教学;卫生管理案例教学应进行小班教学,小组讨论倡导使用头脑风暴法,案例讨论的总结要把握重点、提纲挈领。Case should have the immersive nature of typicality, questioning, modest nature and familiarity. The role of teachers should be the directors of students＇ learning, the spokesman, coaches and consultants. Case discussion is for students score. Case teaching is file application of complex knowledge. Case teaching should be carried out in small class teaching. Panel discussion advocates the use of brainstorming. Case summaries of the discussions focus on priority areas focused on the vital.
