摘　　要：目的:研究CRF贫血患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法:分两组,对照组为30例健康体检者年龄20～70岁;实验组为35例CRF(未透析)伴有贫血的患者,年龄20～70岁。应用红细胞酵母花环结合率方法分别测定两组红细胞免疫黏附功能。结果:与对照组相比实验组红细胞C3b受体酵母花环结合率(RBC-C3bRR)明显下降;而CRF患者红细胞免疫复合物(RBC-ICRR)花环百分率明显升高。结论:CRF贫血患者循环免疫复合物增多,红细胞免疫功能降低。Objective ：To study the changes of immune function of red blood cell in the chronic renal failure （CRF） patients with a complication of anemia. Methods：There were two groups： control group including 30 healthy people aged 20 to 70 years and experimental group including 35 CRF patients （no dialysis experience） with anemia,aged 20 to 70 years. The red cell immune adherence function of the two groups was measured by using yeast rosette binding rate of red blood cell. Results：The red blood cell C3b receptor rosette （RBC- C3bRR） binding rate of yeast was significantly lowered in the experimental group than that of the control group, while the percentage of red blood cell immune complex receptor rosette （RBC-ICRR） was significantly increased in the CRF patients. Conclusion：The circulating immune complexes were increased in the CRF patients with anemia and their red cell iramune function was decreased.
