摘  要:目的:提取香附挥发油并对其有效成分进行保护。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取香附挥发油。采用β-CD包合法保护香附挥发油的有效成分。通过正交试验探讨β-CD包合香附挥发油的最佳工艺条件,并用TLC对包合前后的挥发油性质进行分析。结果:最佳包合工艺条件:包合比为1:6(mL.g-1),包合温度为40℃,包合时间为3h。结论:本包合工艺合理,且包合过程不影响香附挥发油的成分组成。Objective. To extract cyperus rotundus volatile oil and protect its active components. Methods: The steam distillation was used to extract cyperus rotundus volatile oil and the CD inclusion was adopted to protect its active components. The optimum inclusion conditions were established by the orthogonal test, and the nature of the volatile oil was analyzed by TLC before and after inclusion. Results:The optimal conditions were as follows:the inclusion ratio was 1:6 (mL·g^-1) and the inclusion temperature at 40℃ and the inclusion time 3h. Conclusion:This inclusion is reasonable and the inclusion process does not affect the components of eyperus rotundus volatile oil.
