摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备镁铝水滑石和锌铝水滑石,采用XRD、FT-IR对其进行表征,同时将其按不同比例进行复配应用到聚氯乙烯(PVC)中。利用静态热老化法研究复合水滑石稳定剂在聚氯乙烯中的热稳定性能。结果表明:合成的镁铝水滑石和锌铝水滑石结晶度高,结构规整;镁铝水滑石和锌铝水滑石复配物的热稳定性能优于单一镁铝水滑石、锌铝水滑石,其最佳复配摩尔比为x(MgAl-CO3-LDH):x(ZnAl-CO3-LDH)=1:0.7。当该复配物与同样金属含量的ZnMgAl-CO3-LDH(x(Zn):x(Mg):x(Al)=0.7:1:1.7)相比时,前者热稳定性能更好。另外,制备该复配物的工艺较制备ZnMgAl-CO3-LDH的工艺更简单。MgAl-CO3-LDH and ZnAl-CO3-LDH were prepared by co-precipitation method. The synthesized materials were analyzed and characterized by XRD and FT-IR. Then the PVC composites containing MgAl-CO3-LDH and ZnAl-CO3-LDH were prepared with different ratios. The effects of MgAl-CO3-LDH/ZnAl-CO3-LDH composites on the thermal stability of PVC were investigated by static thermal aging test. The results show that MgAl-CO3-LDH and ZnAl-CO3-LDH have high crystallization degree and uniform structure. Compared with single LDH such as MgAl-CO3-LDH, ZnAl-CO3-LDH or ZnMgAl-CO3-LDH, the MgAl-CO3-LDH/ZnAl-CO3-LDH composites have a better long-term stability, and the best adding molar ratio of MgAl-CO3-LDH/ZnAl-CO3-LDH in the composites is 1:0.7 at which the composites of MgAl-CO3-LDH and ZnAl-CO3-LDH have better thermal stability than ZnMgAl-CO3-LDH(x(Zn):x(Mg):x(Al)=0.7:1:1.7). Furthermore, the preparation process of MgAl-CO3-LDH/ZnAl-CO3- LDH composites is not so difficult as that of ZnMgAl-CO3-LDH.
