摘  要:我国传统的医学院校教育体系中,学生缺乏交流与沟通能力的培训。以现行的物理诊断学教学为依托,探讨如何设置提高医学生临床交流和沟通能力的课程。计划开展问诊的医患角色模拟训练,专题讲座及讨论的形式,引导学生树立"以病人为中心"的理念,强调医患、医护以及临床与辅诊科室之间沟通能力的培养。实习前安排学生参加为期2周的劳动实践,体会与其他医疗工作人员的交往,增加与患者直接接触的机会,通过为患者服务赢得患者信任,为顺利进入实习做好铺垫。The lack of communication training in traditional medical training system is confronting with challenges from modem societies. To improve training modules catering for the needs, this paper discusses how toset curriculums to improve the communication capacities during the clinical practice on the bases of physical and diagnostic teaching. The inquiries, doctor-patient role imitation, special topic seminar and group discussion would be taken, and the rational "centre for patients" will be indoctrinated. The communication among doctors-patients, doctors- nurses, even the doctors with facilitating departments would be underlined during the training courses. 2-week probation would be ammged be- fore internship for learning the communications between medical staffs, increasing the opportunities to contact with patients. The probation would be prepared for the medical students during their internship physiologically with increased opportunities to contact with patients directly.
