摘 要:以鄂西硅质页岩为骨料,采用压制成型方法制备鄂西高磷赤铁矿尾矿免烧免蒸砖,对赤铁矿尾矿与页岩的用量进行了配比试验,并考察了成型水分、成型压力对制品抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,在尾矿掺量为78%、页岩10%、水泥10%和石膏2%的配比下,成型水分15%、成型压力20MPa的最佳条件下,制作的免烧免蒸砖制品抗压强度达到15.15MPa,且密度小于1600kg/m3,可满足JC/T422-2007建筑材料强度要求。Hematite tailing from western Hubei province Was used as the main material in preparation of non-burned and non-autoclaved bricks by press shaping. Silicon shale was used as filling, and the effects of forming water contents, forming pressures on compressive strength were also investigated. The results show that the non-burned and non-autoclaved brick with compressive strength at 15.15MPa can be prepared in the optimum condition of 78% hematite tailings, 10% the shale, 10% cements, 2% gypsums, 15% molding water and 20MPa molding pressure. And the density of the product is lower than 1600kg/m^3. The strength of product meets the standard of JC/T422-2007.
