摘　　要：了解读者的阅读需要和加强对图书文献的管理是图书馆提高读者服务水平的要求,也是学校进一步发展的时代需要,针对六盘水师院图书馆的发展需要,从图书的管理和如何把握读者借阅需要方面入手,着重加强对读者的教育和引导,提出建议。An anderstanding of the reader＇s reading needs helps to strengthen the library raise the reader service level.h is also the time demand while the school develops further, in view of Liupanshui teachers＂ college library development. It puts forward a proposal of how grasps the reader from the books management to borrow needs the aspect＇to obtain, strengthens emphatically to the reader the education and the guidance.
