摘 要:根据现行的抗震规范,结合具体的工程实例,通过建立三维有限元模型,分别采用振型分解反应谱法和弹性时程分析法,对分离式和整体式两种外套增层结构体系进行了地震反应分析,比较了两种增层体系的抗震性能。计算结果表明:分离式结构易发生局部失稳,整体式结构抗侧刚度较大,新旧结构的协同工作,减小了上下层的刚度突变;当旧房抗侧刚度较强时,其整体抗震性能优于分离式结构。分析结论可为该类结构的抗震设计提供参考。According to the code for seismic design of buildings and three-dimensional models of an Existing building, the dynamic characteristics of the discrete and incorporated structure-spanning-structure are analyzed by using spectra method and time history analysis method. The result shows that the incorporated method has larger lateral stiffness while the discrete one is prone to local buckling. Because of the collaboration between the new and the existing structure, the lateral stiffness of the structure approaches even. It has a superior seismic capacity than the discrete method when the existing structure has a reasonable lateral stiffness.
