摘 要:通过生产试验研究了不同金刚石配比复合基圆锯片的切割特性。提出应根据花岗石种类选择金刚石浓度、强度和大小及其相对量。对三刃结构复合基刀头,最佳的金刚石分布密度NA=3.0~3.5粒/mm2,平均间距λ=1.1~1.3mm,金刚石浓度44%~48%。设计刀头时,应着重考虑通过调整金刚石配比,获得最大切屑厚度和切削力间的合理平衡。The cutting features of composite matrix sawblades with different diamond mixture ratios are studied by production test. With different granites machined, the concentration, type, size and proportion of diamond should be decided properly. The optimum diamond distribution density, average distance between pieces, concentration for composite matrix tool heads with three blade structure are N A=3.0~3.5n/mm 2, λ =1.1~1.3mm, C =44%~48%respectively. It is pointed out that when designing tool heads, the adjustment of diamond mixture ratios should be stressed to properly balance the maximum cutting depth and cutting force.
