摘　　要：围绕基础地理信息如何真正在导航产业中发挥其社会基础平台的作用,本文首先提出了问题的解决方案是充分利用基础地理信息的资源,建设导航地理框架数据库,然后对导航地理框架数据的数据模型和内容进行了定义,最后提出了导航框架数据持续性发展在政策、运作模式等方面的关键技术以及建议。How to play an important role in the navigation industry is a main issue for the fundamental geographic information producer. The paper firstly puts forward the solution for the issue is to make good use of the fundamental geographic information and establish the navigable geographic framework database, h then defines the model and content of the navigable geographic framework database. Finally, the key issues and suggestions to establish sustainable navigable framework are mentioned.
