摘  要:在离心转速和浇注温度恒定的条件下,考察了0T至018T不同强度稳恒电磁场对离心铸造0Cr17Mn14Mo2N不锈钢铸态组织和室温加工性能的影响。试验结果表明,铸态组织中的残余铁素体随磁场强度的提高而由不均匀的长条状变为粗化的块状组织,且分布均匀,促使铸坯塑性提高。磁场强度达到临界值008T之后,残余铁素体随着磁场强度提高而细化,分布弥散,使铸坯塑性下降。分析表明,造成这种性况的原因是电磁场同时起到两方面的作用,一方面促使铁素体形成元素向核心偏聚,增加铁素体的稳定性,粗化残余铁素体;另一方面增加晶核数量。Abstract Under conditions of constant rotating speed of centrifuge casting machine and pouring temperature of molten metal,the effect of stable electromagnetic field with various intensity on the as cast microstructure of centrifuge casting 0Cr17Mn14Mo2N stainless steel and its machinability at room temperature have been examined.The results indicated that the retained ferrite in as cast structure will be transformed from non uniform stripe form into well distributed,block form with increasing magnetic field intensity,thus raising plasticity of cast blank.If the critical point of magnetic field intensity is reached,the retained ferrite refined and well precipitated with increasing magnetic field intensity,thereby worsening its plasticity.Rea son for this is that electromagnetic field can increase the amount of crystal and makes some elements encoura ging ferrite formation segregate around the nuclei,thus increasing stability of ferrite and coarsening retained ferrite.
