摘 要:主控阀是氮爆式液压打桩锤控制系统的核心,其工作特性在很大程度上决定着打桩锤整体性能的好坏。为深入研究主控阀动态性能对氮爆式液压打桩锤整体性能的影响,研究中充分考虑液动力对阀芯移动过程的影响,并采用Matlab/Simulink/Simscape仿真模块组,对其动态性能进行仿真,在仿真阀芯增益面积上施加气液压力作用的同时,充分考虑阀芯运动稳态、瞬态液动力对阀芯运动的影响,得出不同提锤行程、不同阀芯增益面积时,主控阀阀芯的位移时间曲线以及响应锤头运动变化曲线,对主控阀动作的准确性、快速性进行研究分析,进而优化主控阀增益面积等参数的选定。The main controlling valve is the core of the controlling system of the nitrogen-exploding hydraulic piling hammer, by which the integer performance of the hammer is determined. To study the effects that the dynamic performance of the main controlling valve brings to the integer performance of the nitrogen-exploding hydraulic piling hammer, Matlab/Simulink/Simscape module groups were taken use of to simulate the dynamic performance of the main controlling valve. The positions of the main controlling valve spool as well as the moving curves of the hammer were got, considering the effects the gas-hydraulic forces on the gain areas as well as the instantaneous and steady hydraulic forces bring to the motions of the spool at different lift heights and different gain are- as. And study on the veracity and celerity of the spool motion, and optimize the gain area of the main controlling valve.
