摘 要:介绍了用于球铁铸管生产的冲入法、喂线法和转包球化处理工艺。冲入法由于污染严重、易出现衰退等原因,被喂线法取代;而实际生产中喂线法球化处理效果不是很稳定,为了满足生产,改为转包球化处理方法。通过对转包法进行去掉反应室、N2输送钝化Mg粒等措施,不仅简化了球化操作过程,而且球化稳定性得到提高,满足了高节奏的连续生产。The pour-over nodularizing process, cored-wire injection process and rotary ladle process used for ductile iron pipes production was introduced. Due to serious pollution and easy nodularization degeneration, the pour-over process was replaced by the cored wire process; however, it was found in the production practice that the effect of the cored wire process was not quite stable, and therefore, in order to meet the production requirement, this process was again changed to the rotary ladle process. Then the rotary process was further improved that is to cancel the reaction chamber, use N2 to inject passivated Mg grains and so on. As the result, not only the nodularizing operation process was simplified and the nodularity stability was also improved that just required by the high-rhythm continuous production.
